Return and Refund Policy
HOW DO THE RETURNS WORK?
If you want to return your order you can do so within 14 days of receiving the order and you should:
• Contact our Customer Support by phone or email [email protected]dnutrition.pt and specify the reason why you want to return.
For quality control reasons of all returns are analyzed rigorously and accepted or not depending on the case.
If the returned item does not have a valid justification we can not refund. You can retrieve the product (s) up to 10 days in our office.
MY PRODUCT HAS BEEN PURCHASED THROUGH A PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN / MY PRODUCT IS PART OF A PACK. HOW SHOULD I PROCEED?
If the product you wish to return has been purchased through a promotional campaign and if, therefore, you took advantage from an offer product, you must return not only the product in question, but also the offer that was given with the purchase. Both products will be rigorously checked by us before confirming acceptance of the return.
If your product is part of a pack, we only accept to return the whole pack.
WHERE DO I SHIP MY RETURNS?
All returns may be shipped to the following address:

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT DOESN’T ARRIVE?
In these cases, the address may be incorrect or incomplete. You should contact our customer support or email [email protected] to report the problem. We will check with the transport service the address and the reason the order was not delivered.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT, NOW?
If your order is not correct we apologize for the mistake. We promised to solve the problem as soon as possible. To receive a refund or replacement, you must return the product in the same condition and within 14 days from the day you received it.
HOW DOES THE REFUND WORK?
If your return is accepted, we will refund the amount within a maximum period of 7 working days.
If you have made the payment by credit card, the refund will be made on the card itself and will appear in the next extract from it. If the payment has been made by Paypal, the refund will be credited to the respective Paypal account, becoming available immediately. If the payment has been made by ATM, we will contact you so that way you can provide us the IBAN for the account where you want the refund amount to be transferred.
You can also choose to have a refund coupon with the refund amount. The coupon will be valid for 12 months from the date of creation. If you exceed this period, there will be no refund.
DO YOU REFUND THE SHIPPING COSTS?
If the reason for the return is our responsibility, GoldNutrition Woman will pay for the shipping costs (eg defective products or wrong product shipment).
We don’t refund shipping costs if the product is in good condition and doesn’t appear to have any reason for return.
